Support Coordination

At Remmy, we operate around the participants, carers and family as our priority. That is why we offer Support Coordination: a system in which we can advise and schedule your supports. This can help you gain a deeper understanding of your NDIS plan and resolve issues that may arise with service providers. Through our Support Coordination service, we ensure that your services are helping you achieve your goals.

Remmy’s Support Coordination focuses on helping you exercise choice and control by providing thoughtful guidance in implementation of NDIS Plans. We will help strengthen your knowledge and understanding of the NDIS and supports, and facilitate planning and preparing for your plan review.

We have local knowledge of the South Coast region and which providers are best suited to offer certain services, based on experience built from a wide range of clients and supports over the years.

Please note: Support Coordination funding depends on your NDIS plan and is approved at the discretion of the NIDS.
