Short Term Accommodation (Respite)

Respite provides short-term accommodation that supports participants and their carers. This is achieved by providing carers with short-term relief from their caring responsibilities. We at Remmy believe that this is a very important part of our participants life as we can offer a fun break in a safe environment that is supervised by friendly and well-trained staff.

All respite supports offered by Remmy are tailored to the individual, they allow you to develop skills as well as participate in fun activities and community outings.

Common respite for our participants are:

• Having a short stay out of home.
• In Home Respite - Temporary periods of extra personal support that allows participants to remain at home whilst carers/ families have a out-of-home break.
