What is the NDIS?
The NDIS stands for National Disability Insurance Scheme. This scheme was introduced in 2013 to support Australians who have permanent or significant disability that impact their everyday lives.
Am I Eligible?
Age: You are under 65 years of age when first accessing the scheme.
Residency: You must be an Australian citizen, live in Australia and hold permanent resident visa, or hold a Protected Special Category Visa.
Disability: You have a permanent disability that significantly affects your ability to partake in everyday activities.
Our NDIS Services
You will have the control over how, when and where supports are provided. Giving you the confidence and security of access to the support that you require.
Some of the services we provide include:
- Assistance with Daily Living – We give you support to help you live independently.
- Assistance with Social and Community Participation – We are here for you as you access the community, try a new hobby, take a class, join in and make friends.
- Assistance with Transport and Travel – We are here to help you get around; go the places you need to go be a part of your community.
- Coordination of Support – We can help you understand and navigate the limits of your unique NDIS plan.
- School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES) – We can help you learn skills to find a job that you are good at and that you enjoy.
